Discovery Call

All coaching journeys begin with a free, no-strings attached intro session. We call this the ‘chemistry call’ to ensure you are comfortable with me and vice versa. By the end of the intro session, you will have a clearer idea of how coaching can help you, get started on goal setting for our overall coaching journey and determine which program fits you best

Coaching Process

Begin with the end in mind

A coach's job is not for you to be reliant on the coach forever but rather to help you get to where you need to be so you can then take on more even after the coaching journey is over. I will provide you support in your goal setting.

Identify the Barriers

Uncover the stories that you’ve lived as truths in your mind. They may have worked for you so far but your current goals may require a shift. As your coach, I will mirror what I observe in your body, language and emotions so that you will have greater awareness about yourself and intentionally choose what you’d like to keep or work on letting go of.

Plan what it takes

Together, we will identify what steps you need to take to get to your desired state. Depending on your readiness, I will challenge you and hold you accountable for what you commit to but you will ultimately be the driver making these happen at your own pace.

Celebrate the 1% everyday

Change is never easy and for it to be lasting, every 1% is worth celebrating! As your coach, we will acknowledge the progress you make and re-adjust where needed as new factors may come in as you work towards your goal.
